I am an assistant professor at Antai College of Economics and Management in Shanghai Jiaotong University. Before joining STJU, I received my Ph.D. from Chinese University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Michael Zhang and Prof. Keehyung Kim. During the first two years of my PhD, Prof. Youngsok Bang also guided and helped me a lot.
My research focuses on the intricate interplay between technology and society within the realm of business and management. My works study (1) the impact of technology on society (e.g., impact of food delivery platforms on labor market, impact of public infrastructure technology on corruption), and (2) the design of digital platform policies (e.g., how to design big data competition? how to limit misinformation propagation?). I leverage multiple methods including empirical analysis, game theory, behavioral modeling, and lab experiments.
我现在是上海交通大学安泰经管学院的一名助理教授。我从香港中文大学决策科学与管理经济学系获得博士学位。我的导师是张晓泉教授和金起亨教授。博士一二年级的时候受到方英锡教授的教导和指点。
我的研究关注科技与社会交互中产生的管理问题。具体而言包括(1)科技对社会的影响，(2)数字平台管理政策制定。研究方法包括实证分析，博弈论，实验室实验。
